This 1 hour set series is our introductory yoga class that combines elements of our Power Flow class with the 26 healing postures traditionally practiced in hot yoga. It includes mindful breathing, balancing, and spine healing postures.
This intermediate vinyasa-style class guides students through more advanced postures and creative sequencing. Power links breath to movement and may include arm-balances, inversions and twists to stretch and strengthen the body.
Inhale. Exhale. RECOVER! This class is designed to relieve soreness and improve your range of motion. We'll use deep stretching and a variety of other flexibility and mobility techniques to ensure that your body is rested and ready for your next adventure.

A high-energy total body workout designed to strengthen your whole body by combining simple movements. This class combines free weights, bands and bodyweight exercises. You can customize the impact level to suit your needs, whatever your fitness goals may be.
