This 1 hour set series is our introductory yoga class that combines elements of our Power Flow class with the 26 healing postures traditionally practiced in hot yoga. It includes mindful breathing, balancing, and spine healing postures.

HEATED
ALL LEVELS
60 or 90 MINUTES

This class is a set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Through discipline and structure, this class allows students to gain strength, flexibility and balance. Conducted without music, this therapy assists in developing the concentration needed for meditation and proper alignment.

Power flow

WARM-HOT
LEVEL 2/3
60 MINUTES

This intermediate vinyasa-style class guides students through more advanced postures and creative sequencing. Power links breath to movement and may include arm-balances, inversions and twists to stretch and strengthen the body.

RECOVER

Inhale. Exhale. RECOVER! This class is designed to relieve soreness and improve your range of motion. We'll use deep stretching and a variety of other flexibility and mobility techniques to ensure that your body is rested and ready for your next adventure.

WARM-HOT

70% strength + 30% cardio

Builds long lean muscle while strengthening or "igniting" your small muscle groups.

A high-energy total body workout designed to strengthen your whole body by combining simple movements. This class combines free weights, bands and bodyweight exercises. You can customize the impact level to suit your needs, whatever your fitness goals may be.
