Parking downtown @ Pioneer Crossing: There is a parking garage on the same block as PIVOT. It is 1 hour free into $3 an hour after the initial hour. Ample street parking is available on 13th Street north of Front and south of Myrtle. Parking in the Panera parking lot or in the parking lot across Myrtle is prohibited and can lead to being towed. If it is known that you are parked in these lots, your PIVOT membership may be terminated.
Parking @ Ten Mile: Onsite parking is available at this facility.

We have a variety of equipment in our 24/7 gym areas at each location for you to use anytime. Locker rooms are also open for your use. Equipment includes: Ellipticals, stair stepper, treadmills, STAGES SOLO bikes, free weights, TRX suspension trainer, a variety of weight machines by MATRIX, and more. 30-minute appointments are available with one of our training staff to learn how to use all of the equipment. Our Functional Training Studios are open for use at specific times of day when the room is not in use for classes. See the posted schedule outside of the classroom doors for info.

PIVOT Health is the preventative medical arm of PIVOT Lifestyle + Fitness. Through PIVOT Health, patients can access and schedule an appointment for an annual wellness exams and labs, nutritional therapy, mental health support, physical therapy, massage therapy, and health coaching. These medical services are available to anyone interested in accessing healthcare whether they are a member of PIVOT or not. Accepted insurance plans include Blue Cross of Idaho, Cigna, IPN, Pacific Source, Regence Blue Shield of Idaho, SelectHealth, St. Luke's Health Partners Network, and United Healthcare.

PIVOT is also partnered with mental health specialists in the Treasure Valley and can provide referrals to these providers.
All PIVOT classes have capacity limits, so we have a late cancellation policy in place to help ensure that people who do not plan to attend classes aren't taking a spot from someone who does want to attend. If you are signed up for a PIVOT class and can no longer attend, simply cancel more than 3 hours in advance of the class start time. If you do not cancel within that time frame, or do not show up for class, you will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee.
The waitlist puts members into class up to an hour before class starts. Due to this, PIVOT recommends that. you always cancel your spot on the waitlist within 3 hours before class starts if you don't plan to attend class, or aren't sure if you will be able to attend. If you do get added to class from a waitlist and do not cancel within 3 hours of class start time, you will be charged a $10 late cancellation fee.
This is particularly important for early morning classes. If you go to bed on the waitlist, set your alarm and plan to attend class. Chances are you likely have made it into class by the morning as the waitlist can move quickly. Even if you have not made it into class when you wake up, we often have 1 or 2 no shows so we still advise you to come into the studio and we can likely get. you in.
Members are encouraged to bring friends and family to experience PIVOT with them! We offer one free drop in-class to anyone who has never been to PIVOT before, which can be used for guests. To bring a guest, simply have them register with PIVOT through the registration page found here. Once they have registered, the guest should download our PIVOT by KA App where they can purchase their free drop-in pass. If the guest has already used their free drop-in pass, they can purchase a day drop-in pass, they can purchase a day drop-in for a small fee.

This process must be done on a computer on in an internet browser on your cell phone. No PIVOT Academy can be cancelled through the PIVOT Academy app.

Note that PIVOT's app is built with MindBody software. This means if you already have a MindBody account from visiting another fitness studio, you must use the same email address for the PIVOT app. If you are unsure if you have a MindBody account already, visit https://mindbodyonline.com/.
