FUEL - Vinyasa Yoga

FUEL - Vinyasa Yoga 1
FUEL - Vinyasa Yoga 1 is our entry level yoga offering. This class is designed for the PIVOT member who wants to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, and balance. Members will work on mastering essential poses or asanas while improving focus and gaining a deeper awareness of body positioning.

FUEL - Vinyasa Yoga 2
This intermediate vinyasa yoga class guides students through more advanced postures and creative sequencing. This class links breath to movement and may include arm-balances, core work, and a faster pace to challenge your yoga practice. It is recommended that individuals start with our "Fuel - Vinyasa Yoga 1" class before taking this class.

MOVE

Looking to challenge yourself? How about learning a new skill? This class embodies what it means to PIVOT by changing your intention. The focus of these classes rotate to regularly provide you with a fresh way to MOVE! Be sure to check the description for the class you want to attend for details! We have one permanent MOVE class offering, our IGNITE classes!

MOVE: Ignite
70% strength + 30% cardio

Builds long lean muscle while strengthening or "igniting" your small muscle groups.

A high-energy total body workout designed to strengthen your whole body by combining simple movements. This class combines free weights, bands and bodyweight exercises. You can customize the impact level to suit your needs, whatever your fitness goals may be.

RECOVER

NON-HEATED
ALL LEVELS
45 MINUTES

Occurs in the Yoga Studio

Inhale. Exhale. RECOVER. Slow down with this deep stretching and mobility based class to ensure that your body is rested and ready for your next adventure! This class is best taken as a cool down after a POD, MOVE, or RIDE class or as a stand alone workout on a recovery day!
